The Las Animas-Huerfano Counties District Health Department is inviting all food handlers to a Retail Food Operator Training. This training will provide a comprehensive overview of food safety associated with the Colorado Retail Food Establishment Rules and Regulations, effective date March 16, 2024.
Facilities/owners are encouraged to send all food handler staff.
