I Matter.
The I Matter program can connect youth 18 years of age or younger, or 21 years of age or younger if receiving special education services with a therapist for up to 6 free virtual counseling sessions (some in-person appointments available, too) that are completely confidential. Talking with someone can make you feel better.
-
For Youth: If you are seeking therapy for yourself, visit imattercolorado.org and click Youth to take a short survey. Be as honest as possible: your answers will help match you with the right therapist. If you’re 11 or younger, your parent or guardian must fill out the survey with you.
-
For Parents: Parents, seeking support for your child is not a sign of failure—it’s a sign of strength. If you are seeking therapy for your child, visit imattercolorado.org, select Parents, and complete the short survey.
If for some reason you are not able to access services through I Matter, please reach out to info@la-h-health.org
