🏠 Septic Tank Permit Record Search Request

If you own a property and would like to find out whether septic system permit records are on file, you can submit your information using our request form. Our Environmental Health staff will search our records and contact you with the results.

How It Works

1. Fill out the online form with your property address and contact information.
2. Our staff will review your request and check our permit archives.
3. We’ll notify you of any records found and how to obtain copies.
    

Fees

• Property Owners: No charge for searching permit records for the property you own.
• Professionals & Real Estate Agents: $10 fee per property search.
   

What You’ll Need to Provide

• Property street address (or legal description)
• Your name
• Email address or phone number for follow-up
• Additional information (if available), such as parcel number or the owner’s name at the time the system was installed
